I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone at New Castle Homes. My husband and I drew up plans for a retirement home on a lake. Unfortunately (actually it should be fortunately) we could not afford our dream plans. We were looking for alternatives but really didn’t find anything that we liked until a friend told us about a Cedar Chalet modular on display at New Castle Homes. We really liked the Cedar Chalet and the layout was somewhat similar to our dream plans, it was larger in square footage and roughly half the cost.

We ended up buying the Chalet and asked NCH to give us two months to get everything ready, as we had to tear down an old cabin. From there things went downhill with surveying, acquiring the proper permits and some devastating personal setbacks. As long as I continued keeping NCH apprised of what was going on, they always assured that they would work with me. And indeed, they did work with me! It ended up being eight months before the permits were granted and another two months to get the foundation and all the pre-work done.

I have nothing but good to say about New Castle Homes. The display houses give you a real understanding of the look and feel of the house, from the decorating to the placing of furniture. The sales staff does an excellent job in presenting the houses. Jeff and his sales team are polite, courteous, knowledgeable and not overbearing when presenting the houses.

It was only a matter of days from the time my house was on site that the New Castle team had it in place and set up. The crews were great in putting the house in place; the roofing, plumbing, sheetrock and trim took no time and were done in a professional manner. All this was accomplished by the leadership from the service department in getting all the trades to come together at the right time whether it was done in-house by New Castle employees or by outside contracted help. They all did a fine job. The New Castle sales department dealt with any problems that I might have had quickly and satisfactorily.

It has been a joy from the first day of walking on the lot and working with sales, management, and service of New Castle. It has been a pleasure to show off our home to friends and family and to be able to recommend the houses that New Castle offer and the effort that the New Castle team puts forth. We indeed are pleased.
